But don't forget Jennifer's situation at the beginning of "The Funeral" chapter too. As "The Funeral" chapter instance of Jennifer being tied up in the Filth Room occurs in the orphanage rather than the airship (as in "The Clover Field" chapter), I tend to think this might be closest to the actual memory from her past that inspired all of the dream instances of Jennifer, or a Jennifer doll, that we see tied up in this manner in the Filth Room. Very true. But don’t forget Jennifer’s situation at the beginning of “The Funeral” chapter too. I think it would probably have been a small voodoo doll, not a large size as the one in the video (I can't imagine Amanda actually together at that size) and certainly not wearing the same clothes 19 year-old Jennifer is wearing. And actually, the face of the doll reminds me of Tomas's bag from 'The Orphanage'; weird nose, not much hair... I believe a Jennifer doll may have been part of her past, but not something like that.
