I don’t think it is an ego issue.

If people don’t find one’s blog, they won’t read what is written in it.

And I don’t write just to have a conversation with myself. I don’t want a diary-blog. I write in order to be read by other people.

So I want to be easily find-able in the vastness of the internet universe.

Isn’t that a major reason why you write much more on my blog than on your own blog, Masq? My blog is the blog with the traffic. The blog people find.

And I worked hard to gain the traffic.

If I ever would lose the traffic, even I would stop writing here.

Well those are the only two search engines I use so there may be more. But you’re like the first four articles when I look up “Rule of Rose” on Google and I didn’t count how many were just you on Yahoo.

I’m sure the fact that you’re the first thing that pops up if you look up Rule of Rose on Google and Yahoo wouldn’t be a consolation would it?

I expected that. I think they have a Wikipedia rule against linking to fan-sites. So I knew that someone would eventually figure out that they shouldn’t allow a link to my site.
