You are right, there is a portion of Meg's love letter on the "Contents" page of the manual. We can see, from what is there, that "-estined" (probably a part of the word "destined" I think) appears on the line below " art tho-".

On the first page of the manual for the game, there is some writing somewhere that says "...Art thou..." Or something along those lines. I don't have to book with me, so I can't say for sure what page it is on, but I'm pretty certain it's the first. I also think the word Diana is somewhere on the page as well.

Original Prankster asks:
---And what about the full loveletter?---

We never get to read it.
Nor will either piece of the torn love letter be in the inventory after this chapter. (There will be one file called Love Letter, but it will be the document that I described above immediately after describing the Stray Dog List).
Why?
Because Meg takes both pieces.
See the You Tube scene showing Jennifer finding the missing piece and Meg taking the torn letter away: Meg Takes the Torn Letter

I neglected to mention in the original post that the document is called Torn Letter in the inventory during the time that it is there (so I edited that information in just now).
